THE 8TH ANNUAL UNDERGROUND MUSIC AWARDS CEREMONY WILL TAKE PLACE SUNDAY, AUGUST 22ND, 2010 AT THE WORKLD FAMOUS BB KINGS CONCERT HALL IN TIMES SQ., NYC
