FlamBey is a rapper, producer and songwriter, music executive, & entertainer born in Harlem, New York. He is the CEO of independent music company Bright Vision Entertainment. FlamBey began his professional career in the music business in the late 1990’s and has written and produced five rap albums, (Full Circle; Bronx Resurrection, Destiny, The Flamerous Life, The Best of FlamBey; Vol.1 & Sex Money & Hip Hop; Vol.1) which were all independently distributed through Bright Vision Entertainment and 101 Distribution.

rapper FlamBeyIn 2005, FlamBey won the prestigious Underground Music Award for Most Original Male Hip-Hop Artist and was one of the first solely independent artists ever sponsored by a major liquor brand. (Effen Vodka) Dubbed as one of the original kings of the indie rap movement, FlamBey was also one of the first indie rap artist ever to be in heavy rotation on both Sirius XM radio and the infamous BET UNCUT video show. His classic Hot Girl Remix video was voted one of the best “uncut” videos of all time.
In 2006 and 2007, FlamBey’s records “Hot Girl” & “Hot Shhh…” were featured songs in MTV’s hit reality TV show My Super Sweet 16 making it another milestone achievement for FlamBey and Bright Vision Entertainment.
FlamBey was recognized by The Source Magazine and DJ Clark Kent/Supermen Productions as one of the world’s best emcees in the 90’s where he competed in the legendary New Music Seminar’s battle for world supremacy against Jay Z, Mad Skills and Supernatural.
FlamBey also worked for Puff Daddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment in the mid 1990’s as a street team promoter.
