- Artist Billy Manuel (aka) Bambu, was born in Harlem, NY 1985. Both of his parents passed by the time he was 12 years old. Bambu grew up to be a strong man who has always had a vision and puts it to work daily. Growing up he played basketball and obtained a National ranking. He played College basketball but dropped out and pursued a career in music. He has opened up for Plies, Pitbull, PBG, Baby Bash, Frankie J, Big Geminii, Twista, Ne-Yo, and has worked with Bun B, Big Mike of the Ghetto Boys, and more! Be on the lookout for more music coming from Bambu!
