Artist Spotlight – UK’s BETH MACARI ‘BOY’ Drops on November 2nd

Following her debut single ’Clone’ earlier this year Beth Macari is back with a classic pop love song full of upbeat dance vibes. ’BOY’ is set for release on November 2nd 2018. Beth’s previous release “Clone” was championed by Gaby Roslin on both BBC Radio 2 and BBC London,with “Boy” set to be given an exclusive spin on Radio 2 prior to it’s release. “Clone” also received airplay from major UK stations, including a remix by Grammy nominated DJ and producer Eddie Amador.
Appearances at major summer festivals such as Hardwick Live and Bingley Live saw Beth perform alongside the likes of Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, The Kaiser Chiefs and Melanie C and Beth is looking forward to extensive touring of the UK in 2019.
Having done support slots for some of the biggest up and coming names in the music industry, Beth Macari got her own time in the spotlight whilst fronting the live house band on Sky One celebrity panel show ‘Bring the Noise’. In this time she sang alongside legends Nicole Scherzinger, Tinie Tempah and Mel C regularly.
Beth spent two years touring with singer, actor, broadcaster and legend Jane Mcdonald. Jane was so impressed that she brought Beth back to sing with her on her last ever appearance on Loose Women.
Beth has featured in a short film with Adam Garcia of Coyote Ugly fame and has recently acted alongside Mackenzie Crook, Johnny Vegas and a whole cohort of well known actors in a short film set to be released on Netflix later on in the year. Once again proving that Beth Macari has many a string to her bow. In January 2018, Beth released a single with Radio 1 legend Kissy Sell Out which landed at number 10 in the Beatport Dance Charts.
Hailing from Newcastle Upon Tyne, Beth has always had a gift for music. Her Passion for music is being flooded forth to aspiring singers as she is currently working as a vocal coach. Beth is currently singing with The Manchester Camerata who are being hailed “Britain’s most adventurous orchestra” after opening upGlastonbury Festival.
