Adele Premieres Trippy ‘Send My Love (To Your New Lover)’ Video at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards
Fresh off her Top Billboard 200 album win at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards (May 22), Adele debuted her official visual for “Send My Love (To Your New Lover).”
The Patrick Daughters-directed video finds the singer draped in a flowing, floral Dolce & Gabbana number against a black background as multiple Adeles appear in kaleidoscopic form. “Send My Love (To Your New Lover)” marks the third offering from the British powerhouse’s record-breaking 25 set following “When We Were Young” and her viral comeback ballad “Hello.” Adele was not in attendance at the Las Vegas ceremony for the big reveal, as she is currently on her world tour.
Adele was nominated for eight awards at this year’s Billboard Music Awards.
