Producer Spotlight: Interview with up and Music Producer “Damien the Demon”
Q: Hi Damien, tell our audience about where you are from?
I’m From Ann Arbor MI, close to Detroit.
Q: Describe to music scene in your part of town.
The music scene has been doing alright lately with many notable legends and artist over the years. I need your support for real METRO DETROIT.
Q: How did you start producing and how would you describe your production style?
I’m of sort of experimental, at the same time, I’m trying find a middle group with the mainstream pop sound .
Q: How did you find contacts and/or clients to start working with?
Right now I have a few people helping me with that including promoters.
Q: What’s been your biggest achievement so far working as a music producer.
I’m waiting for some great achievements to happen ,I have been looking for jobs and I landed an interview with Mix factory one, who work with all the major artist such as Royce 59. I’m still looking for an audio engineering job or production deals.
Q: Maintaining a successful career takes a lot of work and commitment, how much time do you dedicate towards your work?
I’m at it all the time. I’m trying to maintain an online presence.
Q: Every Producer has their own process in creating their tracks. Take us through your process.
My process is, I let my inner spirit guide my way without any thought of it.
Q: I see a lot of producers or “Beat Makers” are leasing Beats, do you offer that or just do full production for your clients?
I mainly will make a beat hope it will find a home for lease.
Q: What are your thoughts on Leasing Beats?
It’s getting hard with all beat makers today.
Q: What projects are you currently working on and have coming up in the future?
I’m working with local artist so stay tuned.
