New Music: Alex Wiley Creates “Tangerine Dream” With Latest Mixtape
Alex Wiley unleashes his Tangerine Dream mixtape with 10 tracks.
The 23-year-old rapper keeps Chicago’s rap train rolling after the releases of Chance the Rapper’s Coloring Book in May and Vic Mensa’s There’s Alot Going On earlier this month.
Tangerine Dream shares the name of a German electronic band that was founded in the 1960s. Wiley carries some of this electronic influence throughout the tape.
This is the follow-up to Wiley’s Village Party 2: Heaven’s Gate, which he dropped in November.
