Rapper Vic Mensa Addresses Confederate Flag Patch on His Jacket.
The rapper ended up addressing the flag on his jacket after he tweeted “white supremacy is so 1850.” One fan responded to his tweet by saying, “There’s a confederate flag on your ‘cool jacket’ if you haven’t noticed.”
Mensa responded by saying. “I was reclaiming the symbol, instead of allowing myself [to] be controlled by fear.” Previously, Kanye West made a comment that mirrors Mensa’s tweet in relation to the flag.
