rza-sept-2015Police are investigating a stabbing that happened early Saturday morning (Nov. 7) at RZA’s house in Millstone, N.J. It is unknown whether the rapper, who is the founder of the Wu-Tang Clan, was home at the time of the incident.

Authorities responded to a report of the stabbing on Deer Trail Drive at 1:18 a.m. EST and found two men with serious injuries, State Police spokesman Sgt. Gregory Williams told NJ.com. They were taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, N.J.

Williams did not offer any additional details, nor did he confirm that RZA (whose real name is Robert Fitzgerald Diggs) is the homeowner — but property records indicate that the house is owned by him, NJ.com says.

Billboard has reached out to RZA’s rep for comment.

It was recently reported that the FBI was investigating members of the Wu-Tang Clan for their alleged involvement in a murder case that dates back to 1999. Claims that they ordered the killing of two men surfaced in newly released court documents from a federal trial of two drug kingpins in Staten Island, N.Y.
