Tyrese Gets a break: Child Abuse Investigation case is dropped by the court.

According to celebrity news publications The Blast, the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services found no reason to continue its probe after conducting interviews and reviewing what evidence may have been available to support Norma’s claim. The LADCFS jumped on the case as a formality resultant of Norma accusing Tyrese of once whipping their 10-year-old daughter Shayla so hard that she was unable to sit down for a period of time.

Tyrese has been very open to the public about the emotions he’s been going through with every day as his trial plays out. The former couple’s contentious legal battle also has played out on social media, as Tyrese has documented the ups and downs of the ongoing case for all his followers. Earlier this week Tyrese broke down before a court appearance, begging through tears to have his daughter not be taken away.

The Blast was the first to report the investigation was closed.
