(Update) Wow… Rapper Tay-K Sentenced to 55+ Years in Prison for 2016 Home Invasion Murder. Tay-K has received 55 years in prison, along with a $10,000 fine for the murder.
The Tarrant County jury also sentenced Tay-K, whose real name is Taymor McIntyre, to 30 years in prison and a $5,000 fine on one count of aggravated robbery and two 13 year sentences in prison and a $3,000 fine for the remaining two counts of aggravated robbery related to the home invasion.
These sentences will run concurrently.
Tay-K still faces a number of other charges for separate incidents allegedly committed while he was on the run. He has been charged with capital murder for the shooting death of 23-year-old Mark Anthony Saldivar, who was killed in the parking lot of a San Antonio Chick-Fil-A. He is also accused of attacking 65-year-old Skip Pepe in Arlington’s Cravens Park, and is charged with aggravated robbery
