Billboard magazine has just crowned Lorde as the new queen of alternative music. As the magazine’s cover girl and biggest break out star, the 16 year old prefers to let her music do the talking saying, “in a perfect world, I would never do any interviews.” Priding herself on the private aspects of her life, the songstress adds, “I feel like mystery is more intruiging” and she sure lives by that. According to her manager, the young star has only played ten shows to date. The curly haired singer lives her life like a normal teen, “going to the beach, riding her bike, and making dinner.” And her music idol is Nicki Minaj.
