Country singer Chris Young’s CMA Music Festival was going along just fine. And then he tried to fix dinner. The singer of Gettin’ You Home and Who I Am With You damaged tendons in his left hand while preparing a late dinner following a Thursday night fan-club party on a riverboat. He’ll also miss his CMA Music Festival appearance Saturday night at LP Field. Young’s next scheduled concert is at Burlington Steamboat Days in Iowa on June 12.
