Last month Bill Maher told Jay Leno that he would pay The Donald five million dollars if he could produce proof that he wasn’t the result of his mother having sex with an orangutan. This was obviously a play off of Donald’s attempt to get college transcripts from President Obama. Well, Donald produced a birth certificate and is upset that Bill hasn’t paid up. No Kidding! This you better see to believe!
