Frankie Knuckles, otherwise known as the Godfather of House Music, has passed away. According to the DJ Legend’s business partner, he died unexpectedly in his home on Monday afternoon. The house music innovator started his DJ career in the 70’s at the height of the Disco movement, but he also went on to produce some of the biggest names in the business like Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston.
