Justin Bieber is back on damage control! The Biebs apologized to fans a few days back after TMZ released a video of him telling a racist joke. Fast Forward and the singer is apologizing once again for another racist video that surfaced on the website. Justin released a statement to The Sun saying, “Facing my mistakes from years ago has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever dealt with. But I feel now that I need to take responsibility for those mistakes and not let them linger. At the end of the day, I just need to step up and own what I did.”
