Lil Wayne just took my super sweet 16 to a whole new level. Over the weekend, the rappers daughter Reginae Carter turned 16 and the party was insane. Fellow YMCMB artist Nicki Minaj hit the stage performing for a star studded crowd including Kandi Burruss, Quad Webb-Lunceford and Reginae’s mother Toya Wright who were all white hot.
