The awards highlight all the talented people working their behind-the-scenes magic. Jane Lynch said, “We are putting the light on the people you don’t get to see on TV, like makeup artists, the people behind the camera.” And it was a good night for Jane, who took home the Emmy for best host in a reality competition.
