Honoree New Yorker Taylor Swift has returned to her city apartment after weeks of international promotion for her certified platinum new album 1989. The blonde beauty had travelled from Indiana where, despite her busy schedule, she had found time to catch her brother Austin’s college play at the University of Notre Dame. The Shake It Off hit maker even shook off her invite to the European Music Awards in Glasgow to make sure she didn’t miss the important family affair.
