Could Garth Brooks’ first comeback concerts still happen? Ticketmaster, which was supposed to begin refunds Monday for five concerts in Dublin that Brooks canceled after the city council denied permits for two, has delayed its refund process until Thursday. The decision gives 400,000 fans who had planned to attend the July 25-29 concerts at Dublin’s Croke Park hope they might get to go after all. “Ticketmaster understands that negotiations to try and find a resolution to the Garth Brooks concerts situation are still ongoing,” states a page on Ticketmaster’s Ireland website. “As a result, Ticketmaster will be delaying commencement of the refunds process until Thursday, July 17th.”
