The Grammy winner hosts Trisha’s Southern Kitchen on the Food Network. And you can imagine when you’re whipping up dishes like mac n’ cheese and country quiche for a living, being skinny isn’t on the menu. But just look at Trisha now! On stage at Sunday Night’s Academy of Country Music Awards, she showed off a very slim and fit figure, and admits she lost 20 pounds.
