Who needs coffee when you can wake up to Lil Wayne spitting rhymes over a frenetic beat?

When Fox Sports 1’s new sports-debate show, Skip and Shannon: Undisputed, premieres live Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. ET, viewers will be greeted by the rapper touting his own debate skills on the song “No Mercy.”

Video for the opening theme song, sent exclusively to Billboard in advance of its initial TV airing, features a shirtless Lil Wayne proclaiming: “Let’s go face to face / I embrace debate / I don’t make mistakes / I just make my case.”

The show’s stars — former ESPN pundit Skip Bayless, NFL Hall-of-Famer Shannon Sharpe and moderator Joy Taylor — also get air time in the clip.

Weezy is expected to appear on Tuesday’s debut episode of the show, which will air live for two-and-a-half hours every weekday morning.

The New Orleans rapper was a frequent guest on Bayless’ ESPN programs. “Lil Wayne has been a friend and frequent guest on my show, and I’ve told him how honored I am to have such a legend create such a great song for our new show,” Bayless told Billboard.

That love goes both ways. Weezy said of Bayless: “I like the fact that he’s super intelligent … He probably came up with the term ‘debate,’ and he can debate his ass off.”

This isn’t Wayne’s first visit to the sports arena: He paid tribute to the Cleveland Cavaliers with the song “Off Off Off,” and his “Right About It” collaboration with Drake plays during the opening credits of HBO’s Ballers.

The full version of “No Mercy,” released via Cash Money Records, will reportedly hit iTunes later in September.

Is this the last song the four-time Grammy Award-winning rapper will ever record?

Fans have speculated that Wayne is considering retiring from the rap game after he shared a cryptic tweet early Saturday morning — hours after Miami police were called to his home following reports of a shooting.

“I AM NOW DEFENSELESS AND mentally DEFEATED & I leave gracefully and thankful I luh my fanz but I’m dun,” Wayne wrote.

Wayne has been in a legal battle with his label, Cash Money Records.
