One Direction has shown no signs of fading away and they are currently on top of the music world. After the initial announcement of dates for their ‘Where We Are’ World Tour, the English-Irish boyband have announced additional dates, most of which are second shows in North American cities. Now totaling 69 dates, One Direction tickets for the upcoming world tour are in the highest demand of any major summer tour, ahead of both Katy Perry tickets and Eminem tickets. And at an $88 average face price and an average of 55,000 in attendance for each show, the ‘Where We Are’ Tour could move between The Police’s ‘Reunion’ Tour and Rolling Stones’ ‘Voodoo Lounge’ as the eighth highest-grossing tour of all time.
