It seems as if DJ Khaled wants to sign Lil Pump to We The Best Music. On Wednesday night, Khaled took to his Instagram page to share a couple flicks of him & Pump in a meeting at what looked to be his home, while revealing that he’s trying to sign him to his label.
“MOGUL TALK!! STILL IN THE MEETING !!!! I TOLD MY LAWYER THIS IS URGENT !! Let’s get this deal done ! @lilpump @wethebestmusic??? LET THE LAWYERS WORK !!!” Khaled caption the post.
A while back, it has been reported that Pump had signed a Warner Bros. recording contract to create five albums and receive a $345,000 advance. However, sometime after he dropped the label after it had been discovered that because of the fact that he was a minor, the documents hadn’t been confirmed, and the contract was voided.
Lil Pump is currently a free agent and some other artists have dropped the hint of wanting to sign him. Last week, Gucci Mane shouted out the idea of signing Pump to his 1017 Eskimo Records, telling Pump to “name the price.” The “Gucci Gang” rapper is rumored to be hearing offers from as large as eight to twelve million dollars.
